As well as the new Marina Development at Seaham Harbour which is still in the process of being developed, a new Multi User Centre is also being constructed in St Johns Square. |

Multi User Centre (currently being constructed): The new multi user centre in Seaham, next to the Somerfield supermarket, will include NHS services, a new library, and other services. The Job Centre built a few years ago will remain next to the new user centre building. |
