Here is a small gallery of high quality photographs showing the old North Dock at Seaham Harbour as at July 2009 (pre-marina development).

The new marina development will take place within the boundaries of the old North Dock. The South Dock will continue to be used, as it is today, as a fully working harbour in connection with the Seaham Harbour Dock Company.
